Return and Exchange Policy

We want your shopping experience with us to be a pleasurable one and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. To ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process, please observe the following guidelines.

Please inspect your order upon arrival - check for visible damage to the delivery box or carton before the carrier leaves.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. Items shipped with shrink wrap must be returned unopened.

You will need to call us at (772) 419 0888 prior to returning any items and request a return authorization. If you do not call first you may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Please ship returned items directly to our warehouse. Please email tracking number for shipment to orders@xtremeaccessoriesonline.com. Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping costs. All items will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Please note that credit card companies have varied time frames for credit to your account.
